Find a screen

A broad product needs a map. This page helps you find the right screen for the task at hand and tells you which access it needs, so you do not spend time probing the navigation.

Navigation changes with role and data scope. If an item is absent, check Roles and data scope before looking for another way to enter it.

Choose an area

HR People and organisation Profiles, lifecycle, structure, positions, approvals, KPI, and training. Payroll Payroll and finance Payroll runs, calculation setup, payments, spend, insurance, and reports. Operations Time and compliance Attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, shift changes, and compliance. Personal Self-service Workday, personal requests, payslips, KPI, training, and account. System Settings and access Organisation, periods, codes, banking, SSO, roles, and approval workflows.

Shared screens

• Dashboard is at the top of navigation and opens a dashboard appropriate to the account.
• Notifications brings together new work, outcomes, and links to related records.
• Reports & Analytics crosses product areas and appears only with the required reporting scope.

A detail screen may open only after you select a record or a contextual action. The child maps identify that entry instead of presenting it as a standalone navigation item.
