Feature guides

The job-based guides tell you what to do next. This section answers the remaining question: how far one of Rifena’s more complex features goes, what every button and option means, and where the system keeps you safe. Each guide walks one screen end to end with screenshots taken from the current product.

Use this section when you need to understand a feature fully before configuring it for your organisation, or when you need to look up one option that a job-based guide only mentions in passing.

Who should read this

Organisation administrators and the people responsible for payroll and HR who are about to configure or change a setup. Everyday users do not need to read it all; start from Common tasks and come back here when an option is unclear.

How to read a feature guide

1. Read the what it can do section first to decide whether the feature fits your organisation.
2. Follow the sections in screen order; bold labels are the labels shown in the product.
3. Stop at Safety and limits before configuring anything for the whole organisation.
4. When you need to complete a specific task, use the Next links to switch to the matching job-based guide.

The screenshots come from a sample organisation on the current Rifena release. If a control is missing from your screen, check the service plan and your access before concluding that the feature does not exist.
